The Association for Community Health Improvement is a personal membership group of the AHA. Our mission is to transform health care through research and education. Funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, we developed CHNAFinder, a central database of CHNAs. CHNAFinder is website with a map-tool that’s accessible for AHA members only.
