The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the 2025 Accelerating Health Equity Conference in Atlanta. Fares are available three days pre/post the conference dates. Simply call in or visit the websites of one of our preferred airlines to receive these special fares.

  • Delta Air Lines
    Click here to book online with Delta's special discount. You may also call Conferences and Events at 1-800-328-1111 on Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (EST) and refer to meeting event code NY3EM. *Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via Delta's reservation 800 number.
  • United Airlines
    Click here to book online with United using discount code ZPX7140887. United reservations and ticketing are also available by calling the United Reservations Meetings Desk at 1-800-426-1122. You will need to provide the Z Code (ZPX7) and Agreement Code (140887) at the time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all meeting reservations. MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings Discount code.
  • Southwest Airlines
    Click here to book online using Southwest's SWABIZ discount, which is valid for travel from May 17 to May 25, 2025. Eligible travelers can earn Rapid Rewards bonus points to use for reward flights.
    As a benefit of the AHA's partnership with Southwest, Southwest travelers will receive 25% more Rapid Rewards bonus points1 on all qualifying flights2 booked via SWABIZ between September 2, 2024 and May 17, 2025 and flown to or from Atlanta between May 25 and June 17, 2025.

Ground Transportation

The Hilton Atlanta is located approximately 11 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Taxis and rideshare providers are available at designated airport transportation plazas, and the Red Line and Gold Line of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, both of which start at the airport, offer rides into downtown Atlanta, just a 10-minute walk from the conference hotel.
