ACHI and IFDHE are offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the AHA’s 2024 Accelerating Health Equity Conference in Kansas City, Mo., taking place May 7 – 9, 2024. Airline Discounts

You will need to provide: The Z Code (ZNXF) and Agreement Code (882349) at time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all meeting reservations. - Southwest Airlines
To utilize the Southwest discount, book online using Company ID 99325251. The discount is valid for travel between May 4, 2024, and May 12, 2024.
Eligible Travelers can earn Rapid Rewards bonus points to use for reward flights.
As a benefit of our partnership, travelers will receive 25% more Rapid Rewards bonus points1 on all qualifying flights2 booked via SWABIZ between Nov. 10, 2023 and May 7, 2024. and flown to or from Kansas City, Mo., between May 4, 2024, and May 12, 2024.

Ground Transportation
The AHA has negotiated special rates with several rental car companies.
The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center is located approximately 20 miles from Kansas City Airport (MCI). Taxis are available at designated airport transportation plazas, with an approximate one-way cost of $55.
