Know Before You Go

We are excited for you to attend the Accelerating Health Equity Conference! Whether you are a returning attendee or are attending for the first time, we want to provide you with a great experience. We anticipate that you might have some questions; we have provided answers to frequently asked questions below. If you do not see the answer you are looking for here, you may send your question to healthequity@aha.org.

  • Registration for the 2023 Accelerating Health Equity Conference will open in February.

    Additional information, like the Hotel & Travel along with program fees can be found under the Resource tab.

  • Online registration for the Accelerating Health Equity Conference will open in February 2023. Registration requires a valid email address, along with personal and payment information.

  • You can register another person or more at the same time; you will need to know each person’s name, title, company, and email address.

  • We accept payment via credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard) and check. For payment by check, select “Check” on the Order Summary page. Please make checks payable to American Hospital Association and print the code "302CONF23 " on the check in the memo section. Include a printed copy of your confirmation email and mail it to:

  • An invoice/receipt is emailed with each conference registration confirmation.

  • By attending the Accelerating Health Equity Conference offered by the American Hospital Association, participants may earn up to 18 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation. Additionally, attendees can download a Certificate of Attendance after conference to use for other CEUs.

  • Click the link in your confirmation email to modify your registration.

  • You can send substitutes at any time. Please contact us at healthequity@aha.org.

  • If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund – minus a $150 processing fee – must be made on the registration website no later than April 21, 2023. Cancellations made after April 21, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. Use your email address and confirmation number to log onto the website and click “Cancel Registration.”
